Balance Due
If the balance has not been paid, it is due 90 days in advance of occupancy.  Seaside Vacation Condos will automatically charge the card on file at the time unless you contact us with other arrangements. 
Fees
 A city/state lodging tax of 9.8% is assessed on the daily rate. In addition, customers are assessed a cleaning fee which covers the cost of cleaning after your stay. For security purposes, an imprint of a credit card will be required at check-in for any damages that may have occurred during your stay, or excessive cleaning that may be required.  There is an additional fee for WiFi which may be paid for at check-in.
Cancelation
For online reservations, you may cancel without penalty within 48 hours of the booking date for any reason.  Failure to notify us within this period implies agreement to the terms and conditions. All other cancelations will result in a loss of  $100.  If a cancelation is received within 90 days of your arrival date, it may result in forfeiture of your rent if we are unable to rebook the property for the same dates. However, if we are successful, your charges will be refunded minus the $100 cancelation fee.

Terms and Conditions                                                                             
--  Pets:  No pets are allowed on the premises. This includes leaving a pet in the car.
--  Smoking:  Renters may only smoke outside the building.  This is subject to change so consult with the front desk.
--  Occupancy: The Maximum Occupancy of all condos may not be exceeded with occupants or visitors at any time. The premises are to be occupied only by those parties listed on the rental agreement. Only adults (25 years old and older) may reserve and occupy a vacation condo.
--  Transfer:  Rental Agreements are non-transferable to another party.
--  Check-in:  All guests must check-in with the front desk to obtain keys, parking passes and general information.  Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check out is 12:00 Noon.  The desk is manned 24/7.   If you need to reach the front desk  the number is 503-738-4800.
--  Behavior/Damage:  Do not permit any acts on the premises that violate any state law or rules of the Wyndham Resort Property.  Do not destroy, damage, deface, or remove any contents or permit any person to do so. Guests are liable for all damages to furnishings and the property. Guest agrees to costs for repair of damage to be charged to their credit card.
--  Cleaning:  Guests are expected to leave the condominium in an orderly fashion.  Please clean-up the kitchen, start the dishwasher, place soiled towels in the bathroom, and put furniture back in its original location prior to leaving.  Any excess cleaning that is out of the ordinary, may be charged to the guest's credit card.
--  Noise:  No guest shall create or permit a nuisance.  Please respect the rights of the other guests restricting sound and noise to a reasonable volume. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.  
--  Disclaimer:  Seaside Vacation Condos assumes no liability for damages, expenses or inconveniences due to loss of services out of its control. 
--  Termination:  Guests shall use the premises only as a dwelling. Wyndham Resorts has the authority to evict a tenant who is violating its policies.  Violating the terms of this lease is grounds for notice to vacate the dwelling and to terminate this agreement.
--  Loss:  Upon departure, inventory of all furnishings, appliances dishes etc. will be taken. Any missing or broken items may be charged to the guest's credit card.
--  Parking:  Each rental is allowed two parking spaces in The Resort parking garage.  Parking passes will be provided at check-in.  Clearance into the garage is 6'11". 
--  RV/Boats:  Trailers, Campers, RV's, tents or Boats are not allowed on the premises.  Public RV/Trailer /Boat parking is located at Broadway and Hwy 101 next to the Chamber of Commerce for those staying at The Resort. 
--  Pool Hours:  The pools are open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.  Pool towels are available at the front desk.
--  Legal: In the event Seaside Vacation Condos must bring action to enforce any provision of this agreement, SVC shall be entitled to costs and fines plus reasonable attorney's fees.
