We offer homes ranging in occupancy from 6 to 14 guests with parking for 2 to 6 cars.  These limits are regulated by the City of Seaside and cannot be exceeded to protect the rights of the neighbors.  Prices vary within three time periods:  winter, summer and holidays.  Often we may have specials for last minute reservations, so don’t hesitate to call if you see something open for an upcoming weekend.  We take reservations one year advance and give our current customers first priority for booking the same home for the following year.
